Let me preface this by saying, I am not a sensationalist. My intention is to make you aware of what we could be facing in the very near future, and how with a little preparation you can give yourself the best chance to survive it. The great part about it is that the preparation and planning will give you an edge in the event of natural disasters, outbreaks of disease, anarchy or even military attack.

 

Unless you are already living in a cave, you are aware of the current economic situation. The unemployment rate in the United States is over 10% and if the truth were known, probably closer to 18%, and there is nothing being done that can be expected to reduce it to a reasonable level.

 

Meanwhile, our government under the current administration is ignoring the very real threat of terrorism from within. We know for certain that dangerous Islamic terrorists are crossing the borders into our country every day. They could very well be carrying dangerous radiological, chemical and biological weapons with them, but our Department of Justice turns a blind eye to it all and fails to enforce immigration laws. Even if all those who cross our borders are friendly and seeking employment, they are still adding a serious financial burden to our already unstable economy.

 

Those in the Progressive Movement are creating unrest and using it to further their agenda. Never before have we seen so much energy put into promoting deviant and immoral behavior.

The Christian morals and values that are necessary to the continuance of our republic are under constant attack. Political correctness and cultural diversity have been abused to justify entitlements and create reverse discrimination.

 

Our great republic, The United States of America, is teetering on the edge of collapse and there are many on the left pushing it in that direction. The only thing that will defeat this kind of effort is a return to our Christian morals and values, for hard working Americans to stand together, on the side of God, and reset Americas Moral Compass. If we can put God first in our lives again, we will put Him first in our society again. With a strong base of Christian conservatives we can vote out the progressives, the deviants, the corrupt and the complacent, and we can install representatives who will let God guide them in the legislation they make.

 

But first we must survive this attack from within, and for that we must prepare.

Most of this is just common sense, but without building a plan, and working that plan, things get missed or forgotten.

 

1)       Do Not Panic. You are creating a plan, preparing for the worst, and you will get through this.

2)       Talk to your family, friends and neighbors. Let them know you are concerned and that you want to prepare accordingly. Everyone will have different opinions, as well as different skills and resources. Forming good alliances ahead of time will give you more choices.

3)       Begin stocking up on non perishable foods, drinking water, medicines, fuels, guns and ammunition. Don't go overboard, but start now and be consistent. Store all of these items in safe places. No need to create unnecessary hazards.

4)       Brainstorm with those in your alliances on how to best provide basic needs for all in your alliance.
Food, water, medicine, batteries, fuel, transportation, communication and most important of all, security. There will be many who do not plan ahead and they will be desperate for all the things you have stockpiled. You MUST be able to secure yourself, your family and your things. I know it sounds cruel, but you will not be able to help everybody. So you must first HELP YOURSELF.

5)       If you have a generator and stockpile some fuel, know that it will need to be conserved. Things like battery operated radios, flashlights etc. will need batteries, and they too will need to be conserved. Stock up on candles, oil lamps and oil, charcoal, propane, firewood, sterno and even old newspapers.

6)       If you, a family member or alliance own land in the country with a home, consider moving everyone to that as soon as things look like they are going bad. Have a plan for meeting and traveling to that place. If it can be secured, start making trips there now to drop off supplies. A place in the country is good because you can secure it much easier and will not have the threat of a large population of unprepared people threatening your survival.

7)       Some other items to consider stocking up on are: Duct tape, rope, vinyl sheeting, bleach, matches and disposable lighters, toilet paper, soap and toothpaste, flour, sugar and rice (in plastic tubs that seal), first aid supplies, large trash bags, and anything you feel is necessary and can be done within reason. Throw in some decks of cards, board games and books.

8)       When things start going bad, DON'T PANIC. You have prepared and have a good plan in place. Get to your location and immediately begin setting up security measures. Then use battery power if necessary to listen to news broadcasts and use phone/cell phone if available to confirm conditions.
Hopefully, when things go bad, the more intelligent people will take control and set up services and security to get anarchy under control fast. But if they don't you will be in a much better position to survive than those who do nothing.
Most importantly, keep your faith in God. Have a bible with you and pray a lot. Faith in God built this nation out of the tyranny of the King of England and it will be the force that rebuilds it when the time comes.

9)       Finally, The Most Important Preparation you can make is your relationship with God. Don’t put off what will ensure your eternal life in heaven. Talk to your family and explain that it cannot wait. If something happens and you die, KNOW that you will be going to heaven with Jesus, and that you will be joined there by those you love and spend a joyful eternity with them.

All you must do is: Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, That he died on the cross, and that God raised him from the dead on the third day. It’s the easiest and most important decision you will ever make, and it ensures the best thing that will ever happen for you.

That is all there is to it. So make your preparations with the Lord and then get to work preparing for whatever might be coming our way politically or economically. No matter what we face we will be prepared and we will have God on our side.

     Dear Public Servants, you have been elected to your positions to represent the people of this great republic. You are not there to grow your wealth, further your career or make friends. We the people are tired of your self serving attitude towards government and demand that you either do the job you were elected to do or resign.

     For years you have ignored the will of the people and spent hard earned tax dollars on programs that are being blatantly abused. Programs like  Food Stamps and Medicaid were designed as short term assistance for extreme situations, not long term entitlements for those unwilling to support themselves. We the people demand all government assistance programs be evaluated immediately using the following criteria:

 

1)      All recipients be immediately drug tested and those who are found to be on drugs be immediately removed from the program.

2)      Any person having received assistance on these programs for more than 2 years be immediately removed from the program and made to reapply and justify the need.

3)      Notify All recipients that they may not grow their families while receiving assistance. If while receiving assistance they have a child they will immediately be removed from the assistance program.

4)      Assistance may only be received by one person per household. If 2 recipients are found to be living in the same household they will both be removed from the program.

5)      Any person receiving assistance and arrested for illegal activity will be removed from the program immediately.

      Furthermore, we need to create programs like the CCC and WPA of the past where people can be put to work rather than receive government assistance. A program where a person who would normally receive government assistance and Food Stamps would be required to work on a crew that is repairing or building new roads, libraries, schools, hospitals, parks etc. (infrastructure). We must stop encouraging laziness and government dependency.

 

      Another area that must be addressed is our border security. We must secure our borders for reasons of national security and the economy. Every day we leave our borders unsecured we are giving our terrorist enemies the opportunity to smuggle more sleeper cells and, potentially weapons of mass destruction, into our country. This threat must be eliminated. The economical impact is felt on several levels. First is the almost $500 billion spent annually to support those who are in our country illegally. Second is the impact on our law enforcement and jails to deal with the high rate of crime committed by illegal immigrants. Third is the impact on unemployment of citizens. Although many illegal immigrants perform jobs in the agricultural industry that are difficult to fill with American citizens, many also take jobs that American citizens would do and could do. This also results in a lower wage being assigned to those jobs and citizens end up suffering.

This program will expedite the securing of borders, create jobs and stimulate the economy. It will also afford an opportunity to identify and do necessary background checks on those already in our country illegally, to deport the undesirables and to reform out immigration program into an effective one.

For years we have allowed lobbyists and special interest groups to influence legislation and negate the will of the people who are effected by such legislation. This practice is unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated. Instead, lets make it illegal for lobbyists to communicate in any way with a single elected representative, but give them an opportunity to address the entire body of Congress or Senate at once. Instead of paying off individual lobbyists with “bribes” lets charge them something like $250,000 for a 15 min block of time before a body of government. We could set aside 4 hours a day in each body for lobbyists and earn the government $8 million a day towards paying down the national debt. See that wasn’t that hard, was it?

Why do we continue to tolerate the inability of our elected representatives? Because we too have been complacent in our responsibility to participate in the process of our own government. Our government has turned into one big continuous argument with nothing ever being accomplished. The ridiculous demands of liberal/progressive/socialists are hijacking our government and ultimately our freedom and our lives. The two party system was designed as one with checks and balances to ensure vigorous debate, not to shut down the process of government with petty bickering.

However, as we saw in Wisconsin, the left will resort to any measure in their pursuit of the progressive agenda. Elected representatives running away like spoiled teenage girls, hiding like small children in a game of hide and seek, shirking their responsibility to those who elected them. This is what our legislative process has evolved into. For too long we have allowed the radical beliefs of the left to nibble away at the very foundations of our government. These socialist leaning extremists have infiltrated our society with a carefully crafted subversive plan. They teach our children socialist behavior and ignore the true history of our country. They have organized the labor unions and literally brainwashed the workers into becoming angry mobs. They have quietly slipped their leaders into key government positions, including the Supreme Court, Congress, Senate, DOJ and now the President. The framework for socialist takeover is in place, and most American citizens don't even know it. Our pursuit of the American dream has diverted our attention from our most important responsibility as citizens of The United States of America.

As conservatives, we must now go on the offensive and mobilize our forces to counter those of the progressive/socialist movement. Obama has already launched his 2012 campaign, and he is very well funded and his popularity seems to be gaining in the polls. The unions and community organizers are already working to re elect Obama, and their efforts will intensify as November 2012 approaches. Meanwhile, no clear opponent has surfaced to represent conservatives . We need a candidate that represents the Christian conservative values used by the framers when designing our great republic, but willing to think out of the box and consider some libertarian based ideology as well. Then we need to rally behind this candidate with all our energy, our money and our time. I'm talking about a serious effort on the part of the Tea Party, conservatives and libertarians. Not just some symbolic gesture either, an effort that brings us out of our comfort zone and forces us to remain engaged.

If we cannot unite to support a candidate, we will give this administration another four years to implement their progressive/socialist agenda. Four more years of Obama could very well result in the collapse of our economy and our government, and open the door for a real socialist takeover. The greatest political experiment in the history of the world, the Republic of The United States of America could come to an end. Freedom as we know it will come to an abrupt end, our children and grandchildren will only have oppression to look forward to, and all that our military has ever fought and died for will become insignificant. 

The biggest problem we face in the upcoming presidential race is the division among those on the right. Many conservatives have adopted a more Libertarian leaning mind set due to the complacency of many long standing Republican representatives. These people still have strong conservative values, they are just tired of the lack of action and ready to shake things up. I believe bold, out of the box thinking will be necessary to repair the damage already done and get the economy out of the gutter. Other conservatives believe that the Libertarians are too extreme and compromise the integrity of the GOP. They fear a strong Libertarian Tea Party presence will result in a marginalizing of the republican party. Both sides have valid points of concern, but niether is substantial enough to warrant a great division between the two. We must find a way to merge these two groups and focus them together on the goal of defeating Obama in 2012.

Our complacency, and that of our elected representatives, must stop now. We must take an active role in the process of government and demand no less from those we put in office. The time to stop this progressive movement is upon us, and there is no margin for error. Socialism is at our doorstep, with one foot in the door. The actions we take over the next 20 months will determine the fate of all future generations of American citizens. The unity of the Christian Conservative base alone, if it was fully mobilized, could shut down Obama in 2012, but we need to do more than that. Our goal should be the elimination of any and all progressive leaning representatives from our government. We need to dominate the federal, state and local elections with overwhelming numbers and restore moral, economic and legislative sanity.

So I challenge all conservatives to make a dedicated effort to support the strongest candidate with the best chance of defeating Obama. Understand that no candidate is going to meet all of your expectations, that you will have to make some compromises. But make the difficult decisions knowing you have shut down the greatest threat our government has ever faced.

I pray that a strong conservative candidate emerges soon. One both Republicans and Libertarians can rally behind. If not, our children and grandchildren will curse the day we lost this great republic.

The Secretary of Defense says we are not capable of supporting a no fly zone over Tripoli, Libya. If you are surprised by this, you have either not been paying attention or you are one of the progressives responsible for it.

     For years the liberal/progressive/socialist movement has been leading a push to significantly reduce the defense budget. These budget cuts have resulted in military force reductions, base closures and cancellation of new technological equipment upgrades. It is now apparent that our military is not capable of meeting all the national security challenges we face.

     Those who pushed so hard for these cuts in defense spending assured us that our capability would not be compromised. Their short sightedness has not only limited our ability to respond, it has also severely impacted our economy. The closing of so many military installations resulted in the loss of jobs on those installations and in the cities and towns that supported them. Many small towns were dependent upon the military installations for their survival, and have been devastated as a result. The manufacture of military equipment is also a large industry in our country, and the cut in defense spending resulted in cancelled contracts and, inevitably, many jobs were lost. These defense budget cuts have devastated our economy and are a threat to national security.

     The United States of America is now more vulnerable than ever, and our Secretary of Defense has just told the world. This announcement will cause our enemies around the world to become more aggressive and the threat to our troops will increase significantly. In my opinion, Gates has committed a serious breach of operations security by revealing our inability to respond. If this comment had been made on national television by any member of our armed forces they would face UCMJ Courts Martial.

     If it is true, and we are no longer capable of responding to threats effectively, we must now consider withdrawal of all our troops from conflicts around the world. The ability to adequately support them and ensure their success is no longer sufficient. It is time for an isolationist strategy to defend our country until our capability is restored.

     The former Soviet Union is evidence of how a military spread too thin can cripple an economy and collapse a government. The U.S.S.R. didn’t recognize the implications and fell apart after 10 years of fighting in Afghanistan. With troops deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, we are well on our way to realizing the very same fate.

     The continuation of our great republic depends on our ability to defend the country from all enemies. There is no shortage of brave men and women willing to volunteer to serve in the military. There are brilliant minds creating advanced technology to maintain our military superiority. The American people are more than ready to go to work in support of military installations, weapons manufacturing and other industry required to equip and maintain the greatest military ever. The jobs created by restoring our military to adequate strength would have a significant positive impact on our economy. More jobs would mean more taxes being paid, more money being spent and a stimulated economy.

     Or we can continue on the path of the liberal/progressive/socialist agenda and watch the continued destruction of the most generous, compassionate, caring and giving nation ever created in the history of man.

 

 

Our great nation is in an economic crisis so dire that, unless aggressive action is taken immediately, recovery may be impossible. This crisis can be attributed to several areas of financial mismanagement within our government, but especially in the area of fraud, waste and abuse. The fiscal irresponsibility and lack of efficiency alone are significant, as is the accepted practice of overpaying for goods and services just because it is "in the budget".

There is a segment of government that has grown into the most inefficient, out of control and wasteful use of tax dollars. That area is government assistance programs. When programs like Housing Assistance, Food Stamps and Medicaid were started, they were designed to be short term, emergency assistance for tax paying citizens. It did not take long for the liberals to begin exploiting these programs by expanding the scope and range of the benefits and increasing the conditions for eligibility. Now we have almost half the population of our country dependent on government assistance programs. Many of these have been receiving benefits for extended periods of 10 years and longer. Add to that the distribution of these benefits to immigrants, illegal or legal, who have not contributed to the system but are now being supported by the tax dollars of those who do contribute. The real irony of this comes into play when a tax paying citizen loses their job, but because they live in a household with another income they are denied eligibility and are forced to selling their hard earned property to survive.

I understand there is a difficult economy and high unemployment rate. However, this economy is more the product of these inefficient, wasteful government assistance programs. A large percentage of American citizens have learned that they can exploit the system, draw government assistance and still make money by working under the table or through illegal activity. Many of these people are fully capable of doing the work, but because they don't those jobs are taken by illegal immigrants in many cases. We have created an environment that is attractive to people who are willing to work and support their families. Then we reward those illegal immigrants with immediate government assistance as well, and they too become dependent on the government.

The problem is evident, and so is the solution. First thing we have to do is secure our borders and control immigration. You can read my blog titled The Real Solution For Illegal Immigration, it is a serious plan that would fix this problem within a few years. It would also create jobs and stimulate the economy. Once the borders are secure, we need to create something similar to the old CCC (civil conservation corp.) that built our countries National Parks, State Parks and even schools, libraries and roads. There is money that was supposedly distributed as stimulus money for "shovel ready" projects that has never been used. It is time to use this money for the right purposes. We need to repair and rebuild our countries infrastructure. There are roads, bridges, highways and other construction projects that need to be done to prepare us for the next big industrial/technological boom that will happen if we allow it to.

Other areas that need rebuilding are homeland security, education and military. From construction of buildings to manufacturing of vehicles, computer systems and other necessary equipment that will keep us ahead of the rest of the world and able to properly defend against attacks form enemies intent on our destruction. Many workers would be needed and when these projects began they would create an instant need for materials and services to support the efforts. The economic ball would begin rolling. Once we get the nation back to work and people have money in their pockets and in the banks, they will once again begin buying products and services and that too will create a need and require people to do jobs. These jobs can all be filled by people who have been on government assistance for absolutely no reason. Half the taxpayer dollars saved could go towards paying down the national debt and the other half towards more infrastructures.

If we can create this type of situation and get America’s economy back on track while creating a better quality of life, better education and safer environment for our citizens, the natural result will be new advances in technology that will once again drive our great nation to better things.

This really is not rocket science, but it will take a serious effort and it will piss some people off. Sometimes you have to take a bold step to break the monotony and get the blood flowing again. We have become fat and lazy America. We have neglected our needs while perusing our wants. We have taken the easy way and become soft. We are now so vulnerable our enemies are laughing and planning our demise. We have a way to get back on track. Do we have the leaders to take the bold steps? Will Americans realize this need and welcome the changes? Or will we continue on our current path and risk losing our Republic to Islamic Sharia Law?

 

 

I have been blessed to have found a great church. Plant City's First Baptist Church in Plant City, Florida has over 3600 members, but it has the down home, friendly atmosphere of a country church with less than 100 members. Until I found this church I was a lost soul, but in December of 2010, just 2 months ago, I was saved and baptized.

However, that was only the beginning for me. I soon found myself immersed in a year long Bible reading program that incorporates quiet time, meditation, prayer, journaling, verse memorization and small daily reading assignments. This plan might sound like it is difficult to do, but it is very easy and only takes about 30 minutes a day, with 15 minutes of actual Bible reading.

What is really great is that the entire church membership is doing it at the same time, reading the same passages every day. This creates a lot of excellent Bible based conversation and for me has strengthened my faith, morals and values. Others I talk to tell me it has done the same for them.

This plan has really had a phenomenal effect on our church, so it got me to thinking about what could happen if a large number of christian churches were to start this program together all across the country. If 10,000 church congregations, or more, were to all be sharing in the word of God every day for an entire year the impact on our society would truly glorify God. It would, I believe, be a major healing step for our country.

So, I have decided to do my very best to contact as many churches, pastors, ministers and christian people as I possibly over the next 10 months, and get them signed on and ready to start this Bible reading program on the first day of January 2012. I hope I can count on you to join me on this journey, sign up and pass the word along to direct people to my new, but very small and inadequate website www.readgodsword.org.

The website will grow as I learn and as funds become available to upgrade. I hope to include several features on the website to make it more user friendly and to serve as another place to discuss the word of God.

Since the election of Obama as President of The United States of America, our national debt has tripled, unemployment has more than doubled and our Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against the state of Arizona. Obama promised hope and change, but his interpretation of those words and how they are applied is apparently much different than the average American citizen.

Fortunately, in the same period of time, the Tea Party movement has significantly increased the awareness of and participation in the process of government. Even if you don’t agree with the Tea Party, you must recognize that they have been instrumental in the awakening of the American citizen with regards to their representation in government.

On November 2, 2010 the voters will reveal whether the Tea Party movement was successful in their goals. Most political analysts are predicting a “tsunami” of change that will give control of Congress and possibly Senate back to the GOP. However, gaining seats is not the ultimate goal of the Tea Party movement. The goals of smaller government and fiscal responsibility alone are daunting tasks and will require determination and focus by those newly elected representatives. Throw in other pressing issues like creating jobs, balancing the budget, securing our borders, national security and the need for a renewable clean energy source and these representatives are really set up for inevitable failure.

I have tried to listen to a wide selection of campaign speeches from candidates on both sides and I have not heard anyone reveal real solutions to any of the important issues. They acknowledge the problems and that we must address them, but offer no plans or strategies on how they will get things done.

My use of Twitter has allowed me access to a base of creative conservative thinkers with a wide range of ideas, plans and strategies that should be considered by our representatives to help solve the problems facing our country. But, these ideas will more than likely never be seen by our government, and if they are they will be dismissed as incomplete or inadequate because nobody took the time to really scrutinize them and use them in brainstorming sessions.

With all this in mind, I have put together a free website (nothing fancy) where these people can post their ideas and have them pooled together with other ideas so all creative conservative thinkers can consider all the ideas and come up with the best possible solutions. On this site members will have a place to post their blogs, links to news and other sources, photos and videos and anything else necessary to the process of brainstorming these vital ideas.

I hope you will all join my website at therightguard.webs.com and take the time to submit ideas and review ideas frequently. I believe that We The People have the answers, not our elected representatives.  Since it is our responsibility, as citizens, to be involved in the process of government, and legislation inevitably affects us, we should form and submit solutions for important issues. I also believe that ALL ideas have merit and should be considered in the brainstorming process. So don’t be shy, submit your ideas no matter how ridiculous or crazy you think they are. Your “crazy” idea might be a real solution or be the trigger that helps someone else come up with a real solution. That’s how brainstorming works.

There is certainly no shortage of serious problems facing our great nation, so let’s get together and come up with enough serious solutions to ensure the continuance of our republics and the demise of the progressive/socialist movement that is determined to throw out our constitution and rob us of our rights. As much as I would like to claim superiority over the left and their socialist agenda, the fact is theirs is a real and credible threat. Somehow, through our complacency we have allowed a large part of our population become radical socialists, progressives, communists and even Islamic extremists. The number of liberal Democrats willing to vote for the Progressive Socialist Agenda is a threat unlike any we have faced in modern times. The infiltration of our schools and universities, by those intent on implementing a socialist/communist government in the place of our constitution, has allowed the brainwashing of our own children to their cause.   When I watch clips of events like the "One Nation Rally" I see groups of people with no clear idea of what it is they are rallying for. Some are there demanding better education, while others want world peace and to bring our troops home. They are drawn to these rallies because they think the other people there want exactly the same thing as them. But they are naïve. Those who are demanding amnesty for illegal immigrants don't give a damn about the group demanding money for education or those who want to stop the war. The left is a fragmented bunch of self serving idealists who care only about their individual causes. They are so caught up in their own personal agenda, they cannot see how the administration is using them in concert to further an agenda that will, in effect, throw away The Constitution of The United States of America.   The Tea Party is more centered in its goals. The idea of smaller government, fiscal responsibility and a constitutional government of the people seems to be the general desire of all the members. The number of people who belong to, or support the Tea Party has grown significantly in recent months, and should continue for the foreseeable future. Tea Party supported candidates are shaking things up across the country and the November mid term elections could reclaim conservative control of both houses. But, we cannot discount the possibility of a strong progressive voter turnout. If the actions of unions like SEIU are any indication of the Progressives commitment, we should be very concerned. Add to that the fact that ACORN has been doing their dirty work with success for quite some time. The voter base will be even more skewed than it was in 2008, and the potential for fraud is considerable.   Just to regain control of congress will be a more difficult task than we are anticipating, to regain both houses is nearly impossible. But to effect the required change we will need both houses. So our efforts through the remainder of October must be focused on voter registration and exposing the current administration as the radical one it is. This election must see an unprecedented number of voters turn out at the polls in favor of a conservative constitutional government. I believe there are many democrats who are on the fence when it comes to Obama and his progressive/socialist agenda. Many are looking to be persuaded in our direction and, if we can successfully present our case, we can pull them away from the democrats. We must make them see that they are being used and that their personal agenda will not be a long term concern for Obama and the progressives. We must continue to stand behind God and The Constitution and never compromise our integrity with foolishness and lies. Be truthful, provide facts and maintain moral high ground. Our strong morals and Christian values appeal  to more than the media cares to report. Our job is to remove any fear caused by lies and deceit and extend a welcoming hand.   If we can regain both houses we will be in a position where the radical legislation, forced upon us by this administration, can be repealed. Make no mistake, those we put into office in November MUST begin immediately dismantling the Obama agenda. If they resort to the typical complacency and corrupt behavior of the past our constitution will become obsolete and socialism will triumph over liberty. So let your candidates know you are watching them and exactly what you expect of them. Let those already in office know that you expect their complete cooperation or they will be replaced in 2012. There is no time for complacency and no room for corruption. Our actions must be swift and precise to stop what Obama has put in place. Do not be naïve, everything these progressives have done was well though out, planned and executed with precision and intended to be permanent. The healthcare bill alone was responsible for taking away enough rights of citizens and states to allow the implementation of a socialist government. We have very little time to repeal it and the opposition will continue to be fierce.   So I call on you, Fellow Patriots, to remain vigilant, continue registering voters and continue to propagate the message Christian Constitutional Conservatives everywhere. Smaller government, fiscal responsibility and constitutional government Of, For and By The People. We The People are strong in numbers, but there are many we have not yet convinced. October is the month to Reach Out and pull in those who are on the fence. The October Offensive could make or break us in November and should be considered the most important campaign of this battle with socialism. The complacency of our elected "representatives" is surpassed only by the corruption of them by lobbyists. The ratio of lobbyists to representatives is astronomical, and promotes corruption.
I'm sure there are lobbyists and special intrest groups that have valid concerns and the best intrest of the people in mind, but they are significantly outnumbered by those who only seek legislation that will bring them profit and are not in our best intrest.
Our government was designed to be one Of, By and For The People. However, these days, most legislation is bought by lobbyists and We The People are never considered.
With our best intrest in mind, I believe a law is needed to prohibit lobbyists and SIG's from directly contacting our elected representatives. Instead, they should be required to purchase15 minute blocks of time where they can address the entire body of representatives. Since they are already paying large bribes, let's set the price at $250,000 for each 15 minute block. They can then present their case and assist with paying down the national debt they had a hand in creating.
We could set aside 4 hours each day in both Congress and Senate for Lobbyists to present their case before the entire body for consideration. Thsi would generate $8 Million by itself and eliminate lobbyist corruption of our elected representatives.
